Record a One Small Step Interview
Do you want to be part of One Small Step? We are looking for people across Charlottesville and surrounding counties to join in conversation with one another. All you have to do is fill out a short form telling us a bit about yourself, and we will pair you up with a partner you can record an interview with.
Step 1: Sign up by filling out our One Small Step questionnaire
Step 2: You will receive an email from our One Small Step team to schedule a time to record your interview.
Step 3: You will be paired with your partner and receive details on where/how your interview will be recorded. Interviews can be conducted virtually via Zoom, or in person at one of our recording stations.
Step 4: Record your interview with your One Small Step partner!
Step 5: Your conversation will be posted on our website and archived at the Library of Congress!*
Not all applicants will be contacted as we receive more applications than available spots for conversations. Those selected will be contacted on a rolling basis over the next several months.
